Borgo Lifestyle Group has appointed Francesco Terzani as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer at Borgo Lifestyle Group.

The company was launched 14 years ago and is behind a series of hospitality-related developments, such as The Borgo Santo Pietro five-star luxury hotel in Tuscany made up of 20 luxury suites, a holistic spa and two restaurants, among other facilities.

The group is also behind a 136-foot wooden sailing yacht named Satori, on which guests can enjoy Michelin-starred dining.

As a Chief Financial Officer, Francesco Terzani is responsible for all of Borgo Lifestyle Group srl’s operational and financial functions, including accounting, audit, treasury, corporate finance, and investor relations. He also oversees and manages all human resources and different business units facilities and activities.

His career spans more than 15 years of experience in assets and projects management, financial management, business leadership, and corporate strategy. Prior to joining the Borgo Lifestyle Group in 2022, Francesco served as Business Manager for Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, in various locations around the globe. Francesco holds a Degree in Business Administration from LIUC University.

Mr Terzani takes over from Marco Griffa, who has resigned.
