Business Profile

After spending over 10 years with PwC, I joined Trelleborg Malta in 1999, as their Financial Director. During this period we steered the company through a change process aimed to prepare for growth in a hugely competitive automotive market. In 2011 I joined the Air Malta restructuring team as CFO, in a project that saw the airline significantly reduce its losses. At the same time, between 2008 and 2013 I held the position of non-Executive Chairman of the Gaming Authority in Malta, and with the strength of a professional team, ensured the quality of the Maltese jurisdiction was enhanced. Since 2014 I have been CFO of Toly, forming part of a dynamic management team, with focus on financial thought leadership within the business. In 2015, I started to represent Toly as a Council Member of the Malta Chamber, joining the Board of Management in April 2021 as Vice President of the Malta Chamber and subsequently in 2023, I was elected as Deputy President.
