With over three decades of experience in the retail industry, I am a Chartered Management Consultant, a Financial Accountant, and a Chartered Manager, dedicated to driving business growth, performance, and sustainability through strategic financial management and corporate governance. I hold a Master of Science in Finance from The University of Leicester, an MBA from Brunel University focusing on Strategic Finance, a Post-graduate Diploma in Management Studies from Henley Management College, and Diplomas from the Corporate Governance Institute in 'Corporate Governance' and in 'ESG'.

As the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of TheMillerGroup, I lead the finance and governance functions of the company, overseeing accounting, budgeting, planning, forecasting, cash management, credit control, compliance, and internal controls. I also partner with the CEO and the board of directors to develop and execute the company's vision, mission, and strategy, aligning them with the best practices and standards of ESG and corporate governance. I have successfully managed multiple projects and initiatives that have enhanced the company's financial performance, operational efficiency, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
