M.Z. Investment Services Limited is a Malta-registered private limited liability company established in January 1999 with the purpose of providing investment services to private and institutional clients. The Company is licensed by the Malta Financial Services Authority under the Investment Services Act to conduct investment services business in Malta and is a member of the Malta Stock Exchange. M.Z. Investments is an enrolled tied insurance intermediary of MAPFRE MSV Life p.l.c. to carry-on long-term business of insurance under the Insurance Business Act 1998.
M.Z. Investments provides an array of investment services including stockbroking services, non-independent advisory services, discretionary portfolio management services and nominee services. The Company manages the licensing, notification, and listing requirements in Malta of internationally registered investment funds, and presently acts as a sponsor to Brooks Macdonald International Investment Funds Limited.
M.Z. Investments also provides corporate broking services to Malta-registered companies, which include capital raising, research, treasury management, corporate governance and compliance, investor relations and dealmaking.
The Company’s core business activity is the provision of advisory services. The discretionary portfolio management services give investors the peace of mind of knowing that their investments are being actively monitored and managed by a team of financial experts. An important fundamental to the company’s advisory service is the added value of its research team, dedicated to closely monitor developments in the local and international markets, keeping the team of investment advisors abreast of the changes in financial markets.
