Simon Azzopardi joined Bank of Valletta in 1987 and has served in various areas of the bank, including the retail network, corporate lending, strategic planning, and marketing.

Simon holds a B.Com (Hons) in Banking and Finance from the University of Malta, and an MSc in International Securities, Investment and Banking from the University of Reading. He is also an associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers with considerable experience in investment services.

Further, Simon is a member of the BOV’s Executive Committee and also sit on the Board of BOV Fund Services Ltd.
