During her typical workday, Ruth Calleja oversees the general operations of project management company PMQS.

"This may include supporting and overseeing clients' needs, developing and implementing plans, and meeting goals," Ms Calleja says.

She states that her primary skills include communication, technology, attention to detail, time management, problem solving, supervising, delegation, teamwork, and organisational skills.

She received her Diploma in Interior Design in 2015 and now offers interior design on a freelance basis. She is also a qualified Business Administrator.

“There are two aspects I love. One is the initial brainstorming and mood board stage, where the possibilities are endless and it is the most freeing time in design. The second favourite is that moment when I know I have created a composition. It happens at a different time with each design but there is always one moment when I see the perfect item that pulls the whole look together. It is very satisfying,” Ms Calleja admits.
