Oswald Caruana runs a family restaurant in the heart of Valletta together with his brother, Jerome. “Patrons,” he says, “may treat their taste buds to savour the finest food prepared by me and my team, meticulously selecting the best of local and foreign ingredients.” The restaurant specialises in fresh fish and shellfish, offering an array of mouth-watering dishes together with daily specialities.

“I have left my mark in various international eateries and have been equally successful in a number of popular restaurants in Malta,” Mr Caruana adds. He and his team prepare culinary creations for outside catering and also extend their services as private personal chefs for dinner parties and other private functions.
