Francois Grech

Overseeing this strengthened structure is Exigy’s Chief Executive Officer, Francois Grech – co-founder and the driving force behind the organisation’s long-term vision, international growth, and continued evolution.

Mr Grech is a tech entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in corporate IT strategy, digital transformation, and solution delivery. He has led large-scale projects across Malta, the UK, Italy, and Germany, supporting both public and private sector organisations in achieving meaningful, technology-driven change.

His focus is on ensuring that Exigy stays future-ready while remaining firmly grounded in its purpose, especially as the company takes this next step.

Dominic Scicluna

With over two decades of international experience, Mr Scicluna has played a strategic role in making Exigy what it is today, with his extensive experience in consultancy, project management, and enterprise platform delivery across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

Brian Spiteri

Brian Spiteri assumes the role of Chief Projects Officer for citizen engagement, overseeing the ‘delivery’ pillar for citizen engagement – which comprises of resource management, delivery and quality.

A co-founder of Exigy, Brian brings a blend of deep technical expertise and large-scale delivery experience, having led award-winning national and international projects including secure digital platforms and national ID systems.

He is known for bridging strategy and execution, transforming complex public-sector challenges into measurable outcomes.

“We’ve seen how public-sector solutions can positively impact thousands of lives. Our aim is to continue delivering high-quality digital services that strengthen the connection between citizens and the services they rely on, “ Mr Spiteri says.


Adrian Porter

Adrian Porter takes on the role of Chief Projects Officer, ensuring the delivery across business applications is aligned with strategic objectives.

His focus includes maintaining consistency in project methodologies, strengthening governance, and fostering strong stakeholder engagement to secure successful outcomes.

A co-founder of Exigy, Mr Porter combines technical depth with a passion for building high-performing teams, having led the development of innovative platforms for both corporate and government clients.

“Our passion for cutting-edge technology is what inspired us to create Exigy, and it continues to fuel our growth today," Mr Porter says.

Trevor Bezzina

Trevor Bezzina, Chief People Officer, focuses on talent, culture, progression, and supporting teams throughout their journey. A co-founder of Exigy, Trevor has spent 27 years in technology and leadership, guiding diverse teams through successful local and international projects.

Today, his work centres on nurturing talent, shaping careers, and ensuring that Exigy’s people continue to thrive. He believes that empowered individuals build the strongest solutions – a principle reflected across the organisation.
