Distribution service company Salvo Grima Group Ltd has strengthened its management with the appointments of Steven Gouder as General Manager of Group Projects, and Joséf Fenech as General Manager of the group’s subsidiary Vladex B.V., it announced on Friday.

Business development specialist Mr Gouder will be tasked with “overseeing both a variety of existing and new projects,” while Mr Fenech will be heading the group’s “wholesale operation based in The Netherlands”. Salvo Grima Group proceeded to congratulate both on their new positions.

Prior to his new role, Mr Gouder served as Senior Manager at Vladex B.V. for a year, and then as General Manager for over two years. His wide array of experience also includes almost 14 years as Director at fashion and sports brand distributor Hudson Holdings Ltd, as well as Director at Stork Ent. Co. Ltd for 17 years.

Mr Gouder holds a Masters in Business Management degree in Organisational Leadership, Company Culture and Strategy from Henley Business School.

Mr Fenech has acquired several years of experience throughout his career, having previously worked as Deputy General Manager at Vladex B.V. for more than four years.

Additionally, Mr Fenech has studied at University of Oxford and The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS).

Established in 1860, Salvo Grima Group has gradually grown over the years, and now has operations in seven countries with over 140 employees. The group specialises in distribution, ship and yacht supply, as well as retail, having worked with a number of brands over the years.
