RSM Malta has announced its appointment of Fabianne Ruggier as its Director within the Next Gen Advisory team from 1st July 2021. This promotion came following her six years serving the company as an Executive Consultant.

Ms Ruggier brings over 18 years of professional experience to the new position. Earlier in her career, she spearheaded national policy and public-private alliances in the public sector, before then joining a private multinational and introducing global programmes in Malta.

In her time at the company so far, she established the HR Function to then transition into consulting.

She also currently serves as the Chairperson of the HR and Talent Thematic at the Malta Chamber of Commerce and is a Board member of the Junior Achievement Young Enterprise (JAYE) Board of Directors.

The new Director also has a strong academic background, holding a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master’s in Business Administration. Additionally, she has a Post-Graduate Certificate from Cambridge.
