RS2 Sofware plc on Thursday shared that Antoine Cutajar has been appointed Group Chief Technical Officer with immediate effect.

This new position marks another milestone for Mr Cutajar at the payments solutions company, having worked in a number of key roles within the technology team since he joined in 2003. He first started out as Senior Software Developer, before he was promoted to Software Team Lead in 2007. After five and a half years in the position, he was appointed Senior Software Team Lead – Research and Development (R&D).

Prior to his new role, his most recent position was Head of Technical Unit, a role he held for more than seven years.

During his time at RS2 Software, he has been involved in a number of transformation projects and also led multiple software development initiatives from the R&D phase, all the way to the “successful development of strategic projects across the globe”.

Aside from his time at the payments solutions company, Mr Cutajar also had experiences working as Software Developer and Computer Programmer at Citadel Insurance plc and Miller Distributors Ltd, respectively.

RS2 Software is a company that provides a cloud services platform for payments, with the goal to remove any technical barriers that make the integration of management of payment services complex.
