Ramona Galea, Strategic HR Advisor and Director – People and Performance at ARQ Group, has officially been awarded the status of Chartered Fellow (Chartered FCIPD) by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

In a post shared on LinkedIn, Ms Galea described the recognition as “an incredible honour,” reflecting her years of dedication to the HR profession. The prestigious title of Chartered Fellow is the highest level of membership offered by the CIPD, awarded to senior people professionals who demonstrate exceptional impact, strategic influence, and thought leadership in the field.

“Achieving this level of recognition is an incredible honour,” she wrote. “It reflects years of dedication, expertise, and a deep commitment to advancing the people profession.”

Throughout her career, Ms Galea has built a strong reputation for leading HR strategy, navigating complex organisational challenges, and championing people development. She highlighted that becoming a CIPD Fellow “is not only a personal achievement but also a testament to the journey I’ve taken over the years – from navigating complex HR challenges to championing people development and driving positive organisational change.”

With extensive experience in HR leadership, Ms Galea is known for advising clients on people strategy, talent management, and organisational growth. In her announcement, she reaffirmed her ongoing commitment to excellence in the HR field, stating: “As I celebrate this milestone, I remain fully committed to serving my clients with the highest standards of professionalism and expertise.”

She also expressed gratitude to her colleagues and professional network. “I’m incredibly grateful to ARQ Group, my colleagues, and everyone who has supported me along the way, including all those working under my leadership,” she shared.
