I am a technology and operations executive with more than three decades of leadership experience across the telecommunications, technology, software, and iGaming sectors. Combining a strong engineering background with strategic business expertise, I have built a career focused on organisational growth, operational excellence, and large-scale business transformation.

I graduated in Electrical Engineering from the University of Malta and later earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Henley Business School in the United Kingdom. Throughout my career, I have held a number of senior management and C-level positions within both multinational corporations and high-growth enterprises.

I previously served as Country Manager for a multinational technology services organisation supporting HP Enterprise VIP clients across Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East. In this role, I successfully established and scaled the Malta operation from inception, building a multicultural workforce of professionals representing over 25 nationalities and supporting clients across multiple international markets.

I also held the positions of Group Director and Chief Operating Officer within the iGaming industry, overseeing online and land-based casino and sportsbook operations targeting the DACH market. During this period, I played a key role in mergers and acquisitions, licensing initiatives, strategic expansion, and the successful stock exchange listing of the holding company.

Today, I serve as Operations Director at 2i, a software development company delivering enterprise-grade solutions to the public sector. My responsibilities span operations, finance, human resources, IT, marketing, and strategic stakeholder management at both local and international levels.

Alongside my corporate leadership roles, I have lectured in technical and business disciplines at several educational institutions, including MCAST and Middlesex University. Over the years, I have led nationwide technology initiatives, managed complex IT infrastructures and data centre projects, and guided software development and support teams through periods of rapid transformation and growth.
