I have spent over 20 years working as a social worker across a range of complex family situations, supporting individuals and families through moments that are often uncertain and emotionally demanding. These experiences have shaped how I understand care, not just as a service, but as something deeply human.

I am particularly passionate about empathy, understanding, and truly listening to what sits beneath what is being said. I believe strongly in validation and advocacy, ensuring that individuals feel heard and supported within systems that can often feel overwhelming.
