As Managing Director of Finco, I lead the firm’s continued growth and strategic development, with a clear focus on strengthening its capabilities, expanding its offering and delivering long-term value to clients.

With more than two decades of experience across financial services and asset management, I have built and led businesses through significant periods of growth. My career began at PwC in 2000, before I went on to establish and grow Alter Domus’ Malta office into an operation of more than 200 professionals, while also supporting the firm’s international expansion.

I joined Finco in March 2024, bringing this experience to the next stage of the firm’s development.

Joining Finco was an opportunity to build on a strong and established business while looking firmly towards the future. Since then, we have been focused on broadening our capabilities, strengthening our leadership and operational teams, and ensuring the business is positioned to respond to the evolving needs of our clients.

Our ambition is to continue growing Finco into an increasingly agile and forward-looking corporate services firm, combining specialist expertise with the high level of personal service our clients expect from us.
