As the Executive Chairman of Finco, I am proud to lead an industry-leading financial services firm committed to delivering exceptional financial and investment solutions centred around quality, performance, and customer experience. I began my career in 2000 as a certified public accountant and auditor with PwC, where I spent a decade across various offices, including PwC Luxembourg, specialising in audit and capital markets transactions.

In 2010, I took on the challenge of establishing Alter Domus’ Malta office, growing it to over 200 professionals and expanding the business to serve reputable international clients. During my 13 years there, I also led key initiatives, including launching the Milan office.

After leaving Alter Domus in 2023, I shifted my focus to supporting businesses in the asset management industry. In March 2024, I joined Finco as Shareholder and Executive Chairman, bringing my experience to drive growth and innovation.
