NinetySix Real Estate is the latest addition to Ozo Group, its CEO, Fabio Muscat, announced on Tuesday.

“We felt that we had something new to offer, bringing a new breed of real estate services to the market in which we strive to be the best, not the biggest,” he said on social media.

Founded in 1996, Ozo Group is an award-winning group of companies that specialises in the outsourcing and services industries employing over 3,000 employees across the board.

Since its launch, the group has added numerous services to its list, including outsourcing personnel to the hospitality, care, manufacturing and security industries, and specialised cleaning services for aircraft and hospitals, among others.

On its part, NinetySix Real Estate “was formed to help prospective clients successfully buy, sell, let or rent property across Malta & Gozo”.

According to the Malta Business Registry, the company was incorporated in January 2021, with its registered address at the Ozo Group Business Centre in Qormi, Malta.
