The gaming scene in the north coast of Malta will never be the same with IZIBINGO, a new state-of-the-art gaming entertainment centre launched this Thursday, 4th July. The new gaming centre is operated by National Lottery plc, a subsidiary of the IZI Group and the exclusive concessionaire of the national lottery of Malta.

The inauguration of the gaming centre and the installation of Historical Horse Racing technology is unique in many ways. Historical Horse Racing allows players to place wagers on replays of previously run horse races. This is the first time that such products are made available outside the USA. The availability of this service is the culmination of months of hard work and has been possible through the strategic collaboration that IZI Group has forged with world class providers of such technologies including gaming leader IGT and Exacta Services Inc., a subsidiary of Exacta Systems, LLC, a company owned by Churchill Downs Incorporated (CDI), the corporation behind the world’s most legendary racetrack.

This project marks the first of many steps towards the realisation of the Group’s internationalisation strategy, aimed at entering foreign markets on the strengths of the international showcase launched in Malta on 4th July. The gaming and entertainment centre, situated in the ex-Fairplay Bingo venue just opposite the Dolmen Hotel, has been modernized and will include a number of innovative concepts in a setting like no other on the island.

The centre opened its doors on Thursday 4th July at 8pm and is open daily Monday to Sunday from 9am to 3am. Bingo and slots enthusiasts can avail of the best gaming experience Malta has to offer.

IZIBINGO includes the widest portfolio of retail gaming products including a 300 plus seater Bingo Hall and over 120 HHR slot style terminals featuring some of the most entertaining and sought-after game themes such as Prosperity Link and Cleopatra.
