Michael Grima has announced “the end of an incredible chapter” in his life as he leaves the Westin Dragonara Resort, in St Julian’s, after “12 wonderful years of unforgettable memories, personal growth and meaningful connections”.

Mr Grima served as Account Director for the Group, after joining as Sales Manager in 2011. He had previously occupied the same role at Preferred Hotels and Le Meridien.

Taking to LinkedIn to make the announcement, he expressed his “heartfelt gratitude” to his colleagues, singling out Director of Sales and Marketing Edward Bonello for “being such an incredible caring boss throughout the years”.

"To all the clients I have worked with over the years, its been a privilege and each event we organised together holds a special place in my heart."

Mr Grima said that he will be remaining within the industry, with his future role to be announced “after a short break”.
