MedservRegis plc has announced the departure of its Group Chief Operating Officer, Gareth McMurray.
Taking to the Malta Stock Exchange, as per listing requirements, the Group announced that Mr McMurray has relinquished his position with a view to returning back home to the UK, after living and working overseas for 22 years.
“The Company, whilst saddened by this announcement, would like to thank Mr Gareth McMurray for his commitment and contribution to the Group, and wishes him all of the very best for the future.”
He will remain in office until 31st December 2021.
Following this, the Group announced that the executive will be looking at a “restructuring of the management functions within the Group, with a view to optimising current management roles in order to streamline and achieve cost savings, where possible”.
