Mark O’Sullivan has announced the next phase of his career, which will see him join the Malta-based recruitment and management consulting firm, Exacta Solutions.

Mr O’Sullivan revealed he is joining the firm as a Mergers & Acquisitions Manager (M&A Manager), taking to social media where he described the move as a “new challenge”, and expressed excitement for “a great 2022 and beyond”.

Prior to joining Exacta Solutions, he was employed with KPMG Malta for close to four years, first joining as an Advisor for gaming industries, and later being promoted to Assistant Manager for Gaming Industries.

As for Exacta Solutions, the firm specialises in consultation on recruitment, mergers & acquisitions, and management, with a particular focus on remote gaming, fintech and tech industries.
