The election of The Malta Chamber Board of Management, tasked with advising the Council on policy matters and the administration of the Chamber, has been announced.

The Board of Management was appointed following the convening of the newly elected council and its appointment of Marisa Xuereb as President.

Christopher Vassallo Cesareo was appointed as Deputy President. He is an accomplished business leader, who serves as Managing Director of Domestica Ltd.

Liz Barbaro Sant and Nicholas Xuereb, of Alberta Group and Toly Products Ltd respectively, were elected as Vice-Presidents.

Norman Aquilina of Simonds Farsons Cisk plc, Mark Bajada of Bajada New Energy Ltd and Ian Casolani of Belair Properties were elected as Officers on the Board of Management.

The President hailed their election as further strengthening The Malta Chamber in the spirit of continuity of the Chamber’s sterling work over the last two years and the advancement of the Chamber’s economic vision for Malta in the recovery phase and beyond.
