KDM Group has acquired Masco Security Services Ltd, a Maltese company with more than 30 years of experience in fire, safety, security and smart building solutions.

The acquisition expands KDM Group's portfolio of technology-driven services, adding products and solutions including CCTV, access control, intercom systems, intruder alarms, safes and vaults, fire doors, fire extinguishers, gate automation, and fire detection and suppression systems. Masco will join the group's existing technology-driven services, including Securital – formerly G4S Malta – as well as ctPark and ctCharge.

According to KDM Group, the transaction strengthens its technical capabilities and broadens its offering across both commercial and residential markets, enabling it to provide more integrated fire, safety, security and smart building solutions. The group added that Masco's established client base and operational track record will further strengthen its market position. It also confirmed that Masco's company registration details, VAT number, registered address and employees will remain unchanged.
