The reinvented RE/MAX University is set to become available to RE/MAX Malta real estate professionals following its launch in other countries.
The online e-learning platform features new intuitive technology, allowing registered agents and managers to access its educational resources at any time and on any device.
RE/MAX University is designed for and offered exclusively to RE/MAX agents, managers, and owners at any stage of their career, allowing them to benefit from its wide range of educational videos, downloadable resources, webinars, and other materials.
This comes after RE/MAX Malta’s parent company RE/MAX LLC announced the reinvention of their educational platform in October, with RE/MAX President Nick Bailey describing it as a “major enhancement” to their services.
Through the use of artificial intelligence, the platform recommends courses, tools and materials based on each user's learning interests including marketing their expertise, generating and handling leads, as well as caring for buyers and sellers of landlords and tenants.
Enhancements also advance the educational foundation that is already available across both RE/MAX Malta Sales and Lettings through the in-house Academy, allowing agents and managers to combine this with the benefits of the RE/MAX University to supplement their training and education.
“With a blended and flexible approach to learning, RE/MAX University puts agents in control of when, where, what and how they learn,” Regional Trainer and HR Manager Lawrence Kelly said.
“The new RE/MAX University intuitive search engine makes it easy for them to find what they’re looking for by topic or description,” he added.
He remarked that “like never before, they are in the driver’s seat when it comes to building their business and sharpening their skills in the areas they find most important.”
The tools available through the reinvented learning platform will be kept up to date through the uploading of new region-specific educational content, including marketing and database management, and also customer service training.
This coaching framework has the “flexibility” to accommodate the different personalities, styles and needs of sales agents.
Concluding, Mr Kelly said: “At RE/MAX Malta, we believe the more you learn, the more you earn – and RE/MAX University puts the tools at the fingertips of property professionals to help power their careers.”
In-house coach Mark Ellul joins Mr Kelly in helping agents boost their careers further through numerous sales coaching courses, and therefore promoting a culture of “continuous learning and improvement that is the signature of the RE/MAX brand.”
RE/MAX Malta was founded in 2004, describing itself as “the first Maltese real estate franchise to be established in Malta and Gozo”, forming part of the international company RE/MAX LLC, which was established in 1973.
