Hilton Malta has announced that the hotel has been named among the 2022 winners of the Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice Award.

Hilton Malta made the announcement through a post on social media, saying “We’re honoured and thankful to announce that Hilton Malta has once again been recognised among Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice Award for 2022!”

The post went on to thank the hotel’s “wonderful guests and amazing team who make it all possible”.

The awards are given to businesses that earn great reviews on a consistent basis, with Tripadvisor describing Travelers’ Choice award-winners as being “among the top 10 per cent of listings on Tripadvisor.”

Apart from hotels and other forms of accommodation, the award also honours different attractions and restaurants that “consistently demonstrate a commitment to hospitality excellence.”

Properties, businesses, destinations, or points of interest must have been listed on Tripadvisor for at least 12 months to be eligible for the award.

Additionally, they must receive a set number of reviews within the award’s evaluation period, while also maintaining or exceeding a minimum bubble rating on Tripadvisor.

Located at the heart of St Julian’s, Hilton Malta describes itself as Malta’s “premier hotel”, with its accommodation consisting of 413 guest rooms and suites.
