Experienced IT professional Clayton Said has been promoted to Vice President and Head of IT Service Management at trade finance specialists FIMBank plc, he announced on Sunday.

His new position comes after he served as Vice President and Head of IT Shared Services and Support for more than five years, during which he was tasked with managing the bank’s IT strategy as well as project management and delivery, among other responsibilities.

Prior to that, Mr Said was also Assistant Vice President and Head of IT Shared Services for three years and Senior Specialist of IT Shared Services for more than three years. Additionally, he served as Supervisor of Systems Administration and Support as well as IT Officer for over four years and almost six years respectively.

Mr Said holds a postgraduate certificate in Management from Henley Business School, and he specialises in infrastructure and project management, operations, and service management.
