Experienced marketing professional Chris Reiff has been named Marketing Director at LiveScore Group, which specialises in sports and gaming, he announced on Thursday.

This new stage in his career comes after he spent more than two years as Germanics Media and Market Development Manager at PokerStars. During that time, Mr Reiff provided local expertise and insights into the German, Dutch, and Swiss markets, was in charge of sponsorships in Germany and other sponsorship opportunities, and had a number of other responsibilities.

His iGaming background also includes a year as Brand Manager at Wetten.com, almost three years at Paddy Power Betfair, serving in a range of positions, such as Planning Manager of Germany and Spain, as well as more than two years at Tipico Ltd, during which he served as Marketing Team Coordinator and Social Media Specialist.

Mr Reiff also worked as German Localisation Tester at Synthesis International for just under a year, where he tested and edited the German localisation for video games on multiple platforms. Additionally, he was also an Online Marketing Trainee and Community Manager at German booking platform GetYourGuide, as well as a Co-Founder of Laser Tag Malta.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing and Management, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing (Hons.), both from University of Malta.

LiveScore Group is home to real-time sports scores app LiveScore, as well as sportsbook betting brands LiveScore Bet and Virgin Bet, with the aim of bringing its audiences “closer than ever to the sports they love with our best-in-class products”. The group was launched following the demerger from Gamesys Group in 2019. LiveScore Group has offices in Malta, London, Stoke, Galway, Vienna, Gibraltar, Lagos and Prague, forming an international business that together with its staff, “is training and growing together” to build a “bright and rewarding future”.
